    I’m not sure if this helps as a weight loss supplement by itself. I don’t believe that there is a silver bullet pill for that. I’m taking it along with more excersize and less food and have been gradually losing the pounds. It definately gives a burst of energy similar to an energy drink if not more, and dulls the appetite some. If I take one before running I actually have to be careful not to over do it and have poor recovery the next day. I sometimes have trouble sleeping after just one in the morning and can’t imagine taking two a day as is recommended, but suppose we all have different metabolisms. The label says it has something like 800% of the daily recommended dose of B12 per tablet. You can do your own research, but 2 tablets per day over time will give you a lot of B12. Rating: 4 / 5

  • The 5X ripped fuel is a weight training supplement I’ve been taking for several months. It is fairly expensive if you buy it over the counter at GNC, or pharmacies. Its refreshing that Amazons price is always less than 1/2 of the best retail price I’ve ever seen. Thanks. Rating: 5 / 5

  • Personally I used to make heavy use of Ephedra to cut up since I did a lot of running with few results. Ephedra was great but it had a massive side effect which turned off a lot of females and made me stay up past my bedtime. As if that wasn’t enough, ephedra cost a lot of money. However, I went home on vacation and thought I would buy some Ripped Fuel because all my buddies said it worked for them. After taking them for a few days I noticed I sweat profusely and was always hot. I would drink ridiculous amounts of water and never be fully sated. Long story short, I lost about 1-2% body fat in about two weeks with nothing but running and this–I was still eating out everyday and consuming huge amounts of food!

    Running naturally elevates your metabolic rate and this boosts it as well, but be forewarned! If you do not drink a lot of water, then this is NOT for you since it WILL dehydrate you badly! Rating: 5 / 5
